IQ energy program is a financial instrument to promote energy efficiency improvements in the housing sector of Ukraine in accordance with European standards of energy efficiency. The program was developed by the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development (EBRD) and is supported by the donors in terms of technical assistance and grants.
